Important note on onsite student registration:
For an onsite student registration, a valid student ID that certifies full-time student status is required.

Online registration site is available until October 9. After that, only Onsite Registration is possible.

Registration

  1. Notes on IAPR Member Registration
    • To select IAPR Member registration, you need to select the association you belongs to and enter the membership ID.
  2. Notes on Student Registration
    • All papers must be associated with at least one full registration. This means that paper(s) associated only with the student registration is not included in the conference/workshop proceedings.
    • Name cards for student registration will be in a different color.
    • Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.

ICDAR Passport

This passport allows delegates to access to all the programs of the main conference (November 13-15) including reception on November 12 and banquet on November 14, and the Pre-Events (tutorials and workshops).
Note that onsite registration does not assure attendance of the banquet.

Additional Banquet Ticket for Accompanying Person

¥12,000 for one person.

Additional Page Charge

¥10,000 for one additional page. All conference papers which exceeds 6 pages in the camera-ready manuscript needs to pay additional page charges (up to 2 pages).

To Authors of Accepted Papers of Main Conference

Each accepted paper must be associated with at least one full registration (i.e., non-student registration) to be included in the conference/workshop proceedings. Needless to say, ICDAR Passport is required for main conference papers.

As per IAPR policy, one author can register multiple papers presented at the conference. On the other hand, the authors should pay attention not to violate the no-show policy, where oral/poster presentations that are not presented in the conference/workshop are withdrawn from the proceedings. For example, if more than one poster is presented by one author at a time, it is regarded as violating the no-show policy. If you have to present more than one poster, please contact the organizers.

Refund policy

In case of cancellation, the refunded amount is shown below.

  • 100 % of the registration fee (From Jul. 1, To Sep. 1)
  • 50 % of the registration fee (From Sep. 2, To Oct. 9)
  • No refund (From Oct. 10)

Modifying a Registration

You can update your registration by the end of Standard Registration (October 9).
