Hotel Reservation
The ICDAR Organizing Committee offer hotel rooms with help of Japan Travel Agency (JTB). The accommodation fees of the offered rooms are flat regardless of room occupancy unlike other sites. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded without charge until 8 or more days prior to the first night of stay. The deadline for reservations on this site is 17:00 of October 20, 2017, Japan Standard Time (UTC+9). For more information, please visit the site.
As of June 28, hotel rooms in the period from November 9 to November 15 (check out on November 16) are available. It is being extended soon.
