ICFHR2012 will be held at the Congress Palace of the hotel-village Porto Giardino which is about 50Km south direction from the Bari Airport.

Porto Giardino is a 4 star Hotel-Village belonging to the Alpitour World Hotels & Resorts. It is located on the "Capitolo" beach which has received the Blue Flag for the 2012.

The hotel has about 220 rooms completely refurbished, most are either ground floor with a small veranda or higher level with a small balcony. Porto Giardino is the recommended location for your stay during the conference period.

We strongly encourage you to book asap your stay in Porto Giardino, in fact September 18-20 is the transition between high- and mid-season in Apulia region.

We have optioned a number of rooms until June 15, 2012 for ICFHR2012 participants. Full board service is strongly suggested and special menu must be specified in advance to Porto Giardino.

Please note that after June 15, 2012, room availability and prices are not ensured.

Accomodation costs (full boards service):

Single room: €. 75,00 (per person/per day).

Double room: €. 60,00 (per person/per day).

BABY 0/3 Years: FREE (up to two beds).

BABY 4/12 Years: €. 30,00 per baby, per day. (up to two beds).

3rd and 4th bed: €. 42,00 per person, per day.

Hotel Porto Giardino organizes the transfers from the BARI/BRINDISI AIRPORT to the venue and vice-versa. It is strongly reccommanded to book the local transfer directly to Porto Giardino Hotel. The cost of local transportation will be charged directly on the hotel bill. Taxi is very expensive. The following rates are referred to the total cost of one transfer (the amount must be dividend by the actual number of passengers).
