Before submission of the final (camera-ready) version of an accepted paper, at least one regular (non-student) registration must be completed by one of its author(s). Please note that this fee cannot be refunded. Camera-ready papers submitted without an early-bird non-student registration will not be included in the Conference Proceedings and the Conference Technical Program. According to IAPR policy, if an author has more than one accepted papers, only one regular non-student registration is required for their publication in the Proceedings. However, we encourage all the authors of an accepted paper to register and participate in the conference.

Registration will remain suspended during September 1st, 2012 to September 16th, 2012. Delegates may register on-site after September 17th, 2012.
Receipt of registration fees will be provided on-line and our Registration Secretariat will send an email confirmation to the registered participants. Original (signed) receipt of the payment of registration fees may be provided on requests at on-site registration counter.

Registration Cancellations made
Until July 15th, 2012 the paid amount will be refunded after a deduction of 100 EUR for processing charges.
After July 15th, 2012 no refund of registration fees will be possible.
All refunds will be processed after the ICFHR 2012 Conference. Please send your exact bank account details with the written cancellation request. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

Please make sure to indicate participant's name, Conference Registration fees as purpose of remittance and all details given below on the bank transfer application form. A copy of the transaction statement and the filled-in registration form should be faxed to (+39 80 5575938) our Registration Secretariat along with an intimation mail secretariat@icfhr2012.uniba.it. Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.
