Before submission of the final (camera-ready) version of an accepted paper, at least one regular (non-student) registration must be completed by one of its author(s). Please note that this fee cannot be refunded. Camera-ready papers submitted without an early-bird non-student registration will not be included in the Conference Proceedings and the Conference Technical Program. According to IAPR policy, if an author has more than one accepted papers, only one regular non-student registration is required for their publication in the Proceedings. However, we encourage all the authors of an accepted paper to register and participate in the conference.

Registration will remain suspended during November 6th, 2010 to November 14th, 2010. Delegates may register on-site after November 14th, 2010. On-site registrations should be made through VISA or MASTER card. No other bank instrument may be used for on-site registration. In exceptional cases only, on-site payment by hard cash may be considered.
Receipt of registration fees will be provided on-line and our Registration Secretariat will send an email confirmation to the registered participants. Original (signed) receipt of the payment of registration fees may be provided on requests at on-site registration counter.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the ICFHR 2010 Secretariat, CVPR Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, 203, B. T. Road, Kolkata – 700108, India with an advance electronic intimation to icfhr2010@isical.ac.in

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS made
Until Oct 15th, 2010: the paid amount will be refunded after a deduction of 65 USD (or equivalent amount in Indian Rupees for resident Indians) for processing charges.
After Oct 15th, 2010 no refund of registration fees will be possible.
All refunds will be processed after the ICFHR 2010 Conference. Please send your exact bank account details with the written cancellation request. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.
Methods of Payment
Payments are to be made in US Dollars only. However, resident Indians should pay by Indian Rupees. Payments can be made using one of the modes stated below.
1) On-Line Registration:
Upon providing your personal details, you will be required to use a valid VISA or MASTER card for payment of necessary fees.
2) Wire (Bank) Transfer: [Download registration form]
The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges. Please make sure to indicate participant's name, Conference Registration fees as purpose of remittance and all details given below on the bank transfer application form. A copy of the transaction statement and the filled-in registration form should be faxed to (+91 33 23370727) our Registration Secretariat along with an intimation mail to icfhr2010@isical.ac.in Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.
